Shipping:

In stock items will immediately be sent out via recorded delivery, delivery time is between 2–3 days. We can either ship to your home address or your work address to make sure you receive your order conveniently. Out of stock items may vary though we would hope to get them to you within 10 to 14 days. We will always keep you updated with out of stock items and inform you when your order has come in and when it will be posted. It can be difficult at times to forecast popularity of selected items. But most of all we endeavor to stock a large selection of products at all times.

Returns:

You have up to 10 days to return any item. We are happy to refund your money should you dislike the product or if the item is damaged. Please note refunds will not be given after the 10 day period. Unfortunately because of hygiene reasons we are unable to provide a refund on earrings, unless there is a fault. Items should be returned via recorded delivery to Casann Accessories with the original packaging. Please include a dated note stating the reason for your return.
